Tim Falls

Howdy! I'm Tim Falls. Building community is my craft. What do you make?

After completing my MBA at CU-Boulder in May 2010, I re-started my career by joining a little startup called SendGrid, in Boulder, CO. We make it easy for developers to integrate email into their applications and arm them with APIs and webhooks to do more with email. With the help of a global team of Developer Evangelists, we're fostering community for builders and sparking innovation throughout the internet. Specialties: I like to help people. Among other things, I help them come together and provide each other mutual value, through rich, fun, and rewarding interaction. I build community for a living @SendGrid and for fun @BoulderBeta. I believe that hustle will always prevail.  - Tim Falls

BoulderBeta is a regularly occurring gathering of the Colorado startup community. Hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, university students/faculty, hustlers/doers, hackers, designers, and leaders come together in an informal, social setting and celebrate entrepreneurship and the innovative, young companies that are powering the new global economy. BoulderBeta was born in 2011, from the concept of SF Beta, which launched in San Francisco in 2006. BoulderBeta launched as a part of the Beta Ltd family of events, and was the first event outside of the Bay Area. Beta Ltd grew to six global events through 2012. In January 2013, BoulderBeta spun out as its own entity, and is now fully operated under BoulderBeta dot CO, LLC, by me and my co-founder, Nick Wyman.
